1. No smoking!
Villa Julia is a non-smoking property, indoor and outdoor. The only allowed smoking place is near the barbecue. Please, do not smoke in any other place and inside the house.
2. Gates and generic security rules
The garden of the house has a front gate and a sea gate. Your key chain has a key for
both gates. For your own security please keep these gates while away from the house.
The front gate should be kept locked all the time, after accessing in/out the property. The sea gate should be kept closed when there all the guests of the house left the beach area.
Please note that the beach area is public, watch out for all belongings left there.

3. Outdoor area, fireplace and barbecue
The outdoor area is freely available for all guests. Please keep it clean and do not leave
your belongings overnight. Please do not litter.

Outdoor kitchen
The use of outdoor kitchen is not included in the rental price of the apartments. Please get in touch with stuff if you would like to rent it. The price is 150 EUR per week, gas is included. A deposit of 100 EUR will be required and refunded after usage if no damage was incurred.
It is not permitted to use the outdoor kitchen without agreement.
Coal BBQ
There is a BBQ equipment you can use free of charge, based on availability. The coal is not included, you may purchase extra at the Tommy market, very close to the house.
In any case, you should leave the BBQ and kitchen area clean, with all dishes and equipment cleaned as you received.
4. Beach area
Although the house has a beach area associated, please understand that the beach area
is not private property, it is public property of Croatia. Therefore, if you intend to use the
beach area, it is recommended to occupy it with sunbeds, towels, etc. in early morning so
others will probably not use it. Please never claim otherwise the beach area. This is the
most you can do in order to use it. Make sure you have locked the gate once you left the beach area.

The sun-beds are freely available on a first come / first served basis. There is a total of 10
sun-beds at the house. Sun-beds can be requested at check in and have to be handed over
at checkout, in the meantime, the sun-beds are on the guest’s responsibility. It is
recommended to put out the sunbeds to the beach area in the morning time and take
them back in the garden or in the front of you apartment in the evening time.

6. Bicycles
There are KROSS high quality bikes with 27.5″ or 29″ wheels freely available on a first come/ first served basis. There is a total of 4 bicycles at the house. Bicycles can be requested at check in and
have to be handed over at checkout, in the meantime they are on guest’s responsibility.

The freely available bikes are available against a deposit of 100 EUR per bike, which is fully refundable if the bike – bike chain are returned and fully functional. Please bring your helmet.
7. Premium bikes
Premium bikes Trek 29″ bikes are available for booking. The price is 30 EUR per day. A deposit of 100 EUR will be required and refunded after usage if no damage was incurred.

The small pool in the garden is basically for small children. Never leave the children
unattended in the pool. The pool is maintained by appropriate chemicals by an
authorized company about once a week, but it would be nice if you also tried to keep it as clean as possible. Never attempt to empty the water from the pool. There is a hose
available near the water distribution box. The extra water will flow out to the sea.

9. SMART TV
Each apartment has a Smart TV connected to the Internet, avaioable for youtube, Netflix etc.

In the Superior apartment (upper floor) IP TV subscription is also available for watching basic TV channels.

The internet is freely available. The coverage is in the house and balcony/terrace area. It
does not work down on the beach area.

10. Parking
Parking is free of charge inside the front gate of the house. The maximum capacity is about 5 cars, while the cars will be blocking each other. The guests should have a common understanding of this condition and agree about which car could be blocked for which period etc.

11. General notice on damage
The guests are responsible for the caused damaged, missing/broken equipment etc. We kindly ask you to inspect the apartment at check-out time with our staff and if there is anything missing or broken please pay the required amount to our staff.

12. General notice on cleaning
The initial and final cleaning of the apartment is included in the price. There is no cleaning service during your stay. The guests should keep the apartments at a reasonable
level of cleanness so they should feel comfortable. Dishwashing machines are available for use, including detergent (tablets). Garbage/waste should be collected and taken
daily to the container by the main gate so that public service can regularly pick it up.
Please do not leave the trash in the house during the whole stay.

Waste should be collected selectively in the bags in front of the house (paper, Plastic, Metal, tetrapak). As soon as the bags are full, please ask from stuff a new bag and put the full bag in front of the house, so it could be collected.
Make sure, the green waste bin and the selective waste collection bags that are full placed each morning in the front of the house, so it would be collected.
13. Check out time
Please leave the apartment at latest by 10:00 AM on the check out date.
You can leave the baggage at the house area, but the apartments must be available for cleaning.
